Operating the Phaser 3250/DN is not complicated; there are a couple of LED’s and one button on the control panel. The basic design of the Phaser 3250/DN lends to being user friendly. Some consumers find the absence of labels and buttons frustrating but; this printer features a web-based status monitor that makes up by displaying copious amounts of information onscreen where it is highly visible.
Cartridges are easy to replace; simply pull the front panel open to find the cartridge lock. The cartridge locking handle is immediately obvious; unlock the handle and slide out the old cartridge and slide in the new. Lock the handle, close the front and you’re ready to print.
