CES Honors for HP Photosmart Touchscreen and Lexmark Platinum Pro905

The HP Photosmart Premium with TouchSmart Web was named as 2010 CES Innovations honoree. The CES Innovations Awards “recognizes the most innovative consumer electronics (CE) products in the industry’s hottest product categories”. The honorees are selected by a panel of judges that is comprised of independent industry designers, engineers and journalists. HP, however, will not be exhibiting the HP Photosmart Premium with TouchSmart Web All-In-One during the 2010 International CES.

Lexmark Platinum Pro905 Another printer that was accorded the same honor is Lexmark International Inc.’s Platinum Pro905. Like the HP Photosmart Premium, this machine also features a Web-enabled touch screen, which provides its user with the ability to simplify printing tasks. The printer also allows the user to check the weather and visit photo sites. In addition, the Platinum Pro905 can print at fast speeds and features two separate paper trays. Wireless set up for the machine is easy and it also comes with comprehensive driver features.
