Epson WorkForce WF-845 Printer Review

The Epson WorkForce WF-845 is a new high capacity multifunction ink jet printer that features the world’s fastest two-sided printing capability in its class.

Epson WorkForce WF-845 The WorkForce WF-845 functions as a printer, fax machine, copier and scanner — all in a rather compact size. This has additional features like scan to PC or to e-mail, memory card and USB slots for direct printing, and being able to receive email from its dedicated email address to directly print documents.

The WF-845 is built for small business and home office use. The printer only measures 11.8 in x 176 in x 14.5 in. The only physical button on this device is the on/off switch. The other controls can be accessed on the printer’s 7.8-inch touch panel that can tilt according to your preference. This printer can be connected through USB, wireless, and Ethernet.

This printer has a 500-sheet standard paper capacity split into two trays. Additionally, this also has a 30-sheet automatic document feeder for your automatic scans, copy, and fax.

In terms of speed and output, the WF-845 performs really well. It can produce 4 to 5 pages per minute on regular files. This is fast compared to other multifunction printers in the market today.

In terms of print quality, it is just average. There are minor discolorations, white stripes, and fine dot pattern. The print details are good on dark images but bad in light areas.
