Kodak ESP 3250 Printer Review
The Kodak ESP3250 is a multifunction printer that also includes scan and copy capabilities on top of printing. This being a Kodak model, it promises to provide you with savings as far as ink costs are concerned; but then again, how much printer ink you use up does not depend solely on the product but on your printing habits as well.
The machine can print up to 30 ppm in black and white and 29 ppm in color, and can produce a borderless 4×6 photo in under 29 seconds. It can print photos in standard letter and A4 sizes as well as documents in legal size. It can scan documents and photos up to 8.5 x 11.7 inches in size.
The Kodak ESP3250 comes with one black and white and one color ink cartridge. It is fairly easy to set up and can be used as a standalone copier and photo printer. The LCD screen will allow you to choose from various copy options as well as edit photos prior to printing. It can read from most memory card formats, including, among others, SD and MMC.
Print quality, for both black and white, color documents and photos are great. The printer comes with software that includes an application called Home Center. The application can be used to manage photo editing and printing as well as scanning. Aside from printing photos, users can also use the Print Pictures utility to send a photo through e-mail or save it to a file, or preview an image before hitting print.
