Windows 7 vs. Snow Leopard: Five Main Differences
Because Microsoft and Apple released their new operating systems almost simultaneously, it is not surprising for computer enthusiasts to compare Microsoft’s Windows 7 with Apple’s Snow Leopard to see which is better. But while hardcore fans on both sides will always refuse to give in to the other on the issue of which operating system is better, it may be a better idea simply to compare the differences of the two.
When it comes to price, Snow Leopard beats Windows 7. The former costs a mere $29. On the other hand, Windows 7’s prices vary depending on the edition and version to be purchased, with $119 at the very minimum. Snow Leopard also looks more elegant and streamlined compared to Windows 7.
However, Windows 7 addresses compatibility issues a lot more effectively than Snow Leopard. While tweaking and customizing Windows 7 may get complicated, it still offers more options to computer users. Also, it is now easier to work with Windows 7, with the improved taskbar, the new jump lists and the full-screen previews.

I prefer Windows 7 to Snow Leopard. Windows 7 is such a cool, user-friendly, rock solid and most complete consumer OS available.
